Enablers of Confidence (EoC)

EoC is Mu Sigma's in-house platform which is built with 15 years of experience in solving TPC(Transparency, Persistence, and Cumulativeness) Problem. It's a combination of improved transparency across the organization with extreme experimentation which helps in continuously improving decision making capabilities. It follows the structure of neighborhoods such as community, house, room, brick and mortar which enables easy access to different artifacts thereby enabling cross-collaboration in real-time.

Outcomes

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Have a complete understanding of EoC as a Platform and its suite of applications. Also shows how it accelerates the capability building for Decision Science by bringing Signal Engine and Enquiry Engine on a single canvas
  • Know that EoC will help in improving transparency across organizations and enable Extreme Experimentation
  • Know that EoC standardize the way of working by helping in the Decision Supply Chain which starts with business understanding and leads to positive business impact involving the practice of Descriptive, Inquisitive, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics
