By the end of this course, the learners will be able to:

  • Articulate the values and principles of  agile methodology
  • Manage and work in self-organizing/ scrum teams
  • Create the scrum artifacts – product backlog, sprint backlog and increments etc.
  • Set up and adhere to scope of scrum events- product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
  • Support the client in their agile transformation journey
