Train the Trainer program aims at educating the participants on fundamental principles of training, effective methods of training delivery, and content creation so as to facilitate the growth of the audience.

  • Knowledge: How to organize content, Best Andragogy (Adult Learning) Practices, Effective Instructional Methods
  • Skills: Developing verbal, platform and organization skills
  • Attitude: Commitment to support the trainees and high level of self-efficacy – empowered with the science behind learning & a few techniques for self-improvement, reinforced with feedback from the peers, the delegates can raise themselves to create/alter and deliver wholesome sessions as per the trainee characteristics
