In this guided visualization, you will use imaginative imagery to relate to your body and mind as a lake, to reduce anxiety, to be able to manage the ups and downs of life and to manage the emotional troughs and waves that we experience. Make yourself comfortable lying down on your bed or the floor, or wherever you can be comfortable.
